CS3 Clip Notes / Windows Media Player issue

Clip Notes is an excellent tool for use with clients but I have recently encountered a problem that when I use the Windows Media option is fails with a 'Writer Not Found!' error. This also applies to simply exporting to Windows Media via the Adobe Media Encoder.

This is clearly an issue between CS3 and Windows Media Player....I am running Vista and have the latest version of Windows Media Player. Since you cannot reinstall the Windows Media Player, I have tried reinstalling Premiere... but no difference.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and/or found a fix?
