Please help with Encore Project at DVinfo.net

Hello,

I'm trying to make my second dvd with encore (I made the first one successfully), but with this one in the build progress there's an error and the building stops. Its doing the first part of the project, the "building motion menus" and "Rendering menu "buttons"" and then a mini window saying "file exists" appears with the only option to press okay, when you do it the building is canceled.

I've try many times with the same error and even tried renaming the project but it doesn't work.

Can anyone help.

I restarted the computer and tried again, now the error is a different one, in the building process when is transcoding an error appears: "error setting up transcoder".

Whats going on with this project?!
