AVCHD playable on XBOX 360 HD player?

Has anyone tried this? I've read they'll play on the Toshiba A series HD DVD players...
I have Nero 7 EU to burn the DVDs...

VC-1 is the official codec of the XBOX 360, so it's unlikely that there will be H.264 support in the 360.
