Cineform Codec -Aspect to AVC HD
I'm looking for a reliable method to export Cineform intermediate files from Adobe Premiere CS 2 to AVC-HD; either for direct playback on compatible systems or as a preparation for Blu-Ray authoring.

Since the newest version of Premiere CS4 doesn't have a version of Cineform Aspect that's compatible yet, are there any other choices I might make? Original projects are taken from a Canon XH-A1. Any recommendations for an export work flow?
