Aspect ratio issue in Wondershare Video Convert Ultimate
I'm using version 3.0 on my 2010 Macbook and encountering a problem with aspect ratios when importing DVD data. My DVD of home movies is recorded in 16:9 (720x576) but once imported I see its aspect ratio has altered to 768x576 which is clearly wrong. Can anyone here shed any light on why it is mangling up the aspect ratio?
