AVCHD to the Web

Any thoughs on how video shot in AVCHD can be converted to Quicktime, WMV or Flash for use on the web ? Thanks.

MPEG streamclip or virtualdub

hi
MPEG streamclip has both pc or amc version and free
very good so far i m happy about it

or virtualdub
if u can open it ( it may need codec of H264) but onc eu can open it u can do lots of things, except output to QT:)
