New AVC/H.264 filter for Avisynth

There is a freeware AviSynth filter that can handle MPEG-4 AVC streams being discussed here: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=122598

As with all avisynth development, this will be a work in progress .... but it does seem an encouraging step towards a range of editing options.
