telephone voice in avid

does anyone know how to adjust someone's voice in avid to make it sound as if they are speaking through a phone

i have Xpress Pro HD btw.

Avid has two preset telephone EQ effects built in.
Open your Audio EQ tool and look in the hamburger menu dropdown.
