Unexplained cropping in Avid during .flv export using ON2

I am exporting video from Avid 3.5 to .flv using ON2. Been doing this for months with no trouble. But suddenly today the output is cropped. I have attached a jpg to show the difference between the earlier render (top left) and the cropped and somewhat squished new render (bottom left). It is doing this on all my files and never did this before. I am fairly certain my settings are the same as I write them down so I would't forget. I even tested this by re-rendering some older projects that I haven't touched in months just to see if it would crop them too. Yup. Sure does. This is driving me batty.

I can't even find a setting in ON2 (also shown) to crop if I wanted it to, let alone set it by accident. Anyone with a clue as to what has happened, or perhaps what I did to make this happen?

Regards,

Soon to be in therapy Jim
