To kick start the new year, and get us all back into the swing of things and focusing on our business, the February AVPA Melbourne Meeting is on Business Marketing.

I am please to announce the details of our first guest speaker for 2010: Helen Ward from Client Edge.

Taking on projects which “feed the family” but not the heart.

Build your business with more of the work you really want and understand the “opportunity cost” when you let go some or part of the projects, to improve the efficiency and commercial success of the business

· Pinpoint the drivers to why you enjoy the work to reveal more opportunities
· Developing Action Plans to change the focus of your business

Bump - meeting is on this week.

We are happy to announce the second speaker for Tuesday 2 February's meeting: All the way from Sydney, the one and only -Santo Widjaja from Paper Cranes Productions. Paper Cranes Productions won the 2009 AVPA Creative Excellence and the Wedding Showreel category and a finalist in Wedding Highlights category. Santo will be discussing his work from both a creative and technical perspective. The meeting starts at 8.00 at 2/9 Church St, Hawthorn. (Doors open 7.30)

Guests welcome.
