Adelaide AVPA Meeting September 1 2010
SOUTH AUSTRALIA MEETING DETAILS:
Tuesday Sept 1st. at Tiffins on the Park, 176 Greenhill Road Parkside. Commencing at 7.30 pm. Eliman Vega will speak on his Panasonic HPX 172 Handicam. This is a 3ccd 1/3 inch camera recording on a P2 card. He will also have his Marshall 70XP-3GSDI Field Monitor & a Rode NTG-3 Shotgun microphone. Additionally; he will have his Steadicam for demo. Following Eliman; Anthony Rizutto will be bringing a Chinese made Steadicam suitable for DSLR's & Handicams. At $300 this may well be the answer to the problem of trying to handhold your camera for extended periods, or any period for that matter! Anthony will also have his 7D & some accessories which he uses with it. Completing what promises to be a good night, Anthony will check & tag 240v extension leads. Remember, many venues require any leads used in their premises to carry current compliance tags. A gold coin donation is required for this service
