Wanderers - Short Film on Vimeo

I think this stunning short deserves some discussion on DVinfo. Personally, I'm in awe of very many aspects of its production (concept, use of music/sound, narrative, CGI, imagination, presentation....)

Timing is perfect too! With Orions's planned launch tomorrow and the beginning of mankind's trek to Mars (and hopefully further) about to begin....

This film really hit the nail on the head for me. Loved watching Interstellar recently...and the new Star Wars trailer was terrific - but not a patch on this!

Enough words, take a 4-minute break and just watch it!

P.S. The gallery is also highly engaging/describes the background to the approach and imagery used in each scene.
