Outsourcing Blu Ray work

I have a 1 hour video I need burned onto a Blu Ray DVD. I am looking at alternatives to purchasing a burner and software. Any suggestions on companies that could burn a 20GB HD MOV file to a blu ray disc for a reasonable price?

What is a reasonable price and what format is your project in? PM if you would prefer.
