Blu-ray Burner for the PC

Hi,

I'm shopping around for either a internal or external blu-ray burner. Can someone recommend something for around $300? Most of the reviews I goggled were old. I Shoot on JVC GY-HM100 and edit on Vegas Pro 9. Thanks!
