How long would it take?

Hey guys,
I have an event coming up and was wondering about this workflow:

00:1:30 video from Canon 7D --> 17" i7 Macbook pro --> DVD authoring program --> DVD being burnt |

From start to finish, with no editing being done to the video, how long do you think this would take?

I don't have a blu ray burner yet...

Dvd?

Just to be clear, since we're in the Blu-ray forum: By "DVD" do you mean "Blu-ray" ? ;-)

If you are so fortunate as to find a program on the Mac that knows how to glom your 7D's AVCHD video files together without needlessly transcoding them (since they're Blu-ray compliant already, sans QT wrapper), that will have a HUGE impact on the turnaround.

I'm a PC guy, though, so can't offer much more advice.

Best,
Aaron
