C300 MkII HDMI Out
 

Hi, I'm almost embarrassed to ask this as it seems such a basic thing.

I've just moved from a C300 to a C300 MkII. I've long used the HDMI out to send a signal to our Paralinx Triton wireless transmitter - which has been terrific. Obviously on the C300, HDMI and SDI are always on. However, I can't find a way to turn HDMI on without turning either the LCD screen or the viewfinder off - and obviously its essential to have both (and I've never had this on a camera before). So I'm hoping I've missed something.

On the C300, we could send an SD signal out of the SYNC to our Steadicam - which again worked really well. But there doesn't seem to be a way that I've found to get an SD signal out of the C300 MkII. Again, I'm hoping I'm missing a setting.

Somewhat frustrating as these are the main two outputs we use for most of the time.
