c100 mark ii switching from auto focus to manual at DVinfo.net

Hi guys what is the quickest way to do this just switch of the AF on the lens and then does the c100 ii become full manual as far as i see you have to switch the camera off to change or am i missing something. Steve

Sorted it, i had to assign my menu to button 6 then all have to do is click button 6 then AF then switch over. cheers anyway.
