7D on Indislider for web show

This intro of the Santa Fe TV -
- (episode 3) Show was shot entirely with the 7D and the Indislider 36". Without any external video monitor and in full NM sunlight it was a challlenge at times, but that camera on that Indislider can help you get some really good shots.

Enjoy

Nice work!

Some good stuff there. The natural light looks really good...very fitting of Santa Fe, even in February!

Excellent, congratulations. I'm looking at getting the 24" slider

Thank you all for your kind comments.

The 24" slider is definitely lighter, the 36" gives you a little bit more motion but you need to be in place or studio. Both are nice and smooth though. Very quick learning curve.

If you need portability, you may want to check out the minislider too (24"). We use that on location when we need something light to haul around all day (and it can be used with a quick release plate to snap on to a tripod head....very cool).

Best regards.

The Audio?

Carlo,

What audio solution did you use for that rig? I'm contemplating which way to go. I'd absolutely prefer going in-camera, but I can't quite tell what you did from you picture. Did you go in-camera our choose an external solution?

Thanks,

G2 Wireless system + Marantz 661 24bit solid state recorder and audio sync in post.
The Marantz in my opinion it's just great. I come from and audio bkg, and I have always used Marantz products. This one is small and has great pre-amps with dual XLR inputs.

Hope this helps.
