Bit rate

Does anyone know the actual specs of the quicktime H.264 that the 7D creates ?
What is the bit rate of the video ?
What are the specs for the audio ?

Hope I didn't miss this on the forum somewhere ! :)

Thanks !

The bit rate varies depending on what you are shooting, but can be as high as 45 mbits/s. The sound is a 48k, 16 bit Integer (Little Endian), but is pretty much unusable without the use of of an external mic and audio mixer.
