Pluraleyes never worked for me!

Hello,

I'm very interested to know why pluraleyes never worked for me... reeeeeally need such software to sync a music dvd. I did the right think: opened a sequence called pluraleyes, put each camerain different tracks and also in cronological order.

I tried also to sync only 2 of the cameras, but nothing happened and the program "say" that it's done!

Any help? thanks

If there are no synced sequences created at all, this may be a known problem. Please contact us through one of the methods on the page below and we'll get you a pre-release that should fix it.

Mauricio I bought Plural Eyes a week ago and at first I couldn't get it to sync either and was afraid I wasted my money however after watching the video tutorial I have since been blown away by how well Plural Eyes can sync. I have synced dance footage which would be literally impossible to do manually with ease. I had the problem with one of my projects that didn't sync because the audio sources was timed differently. One was shot at 29P and other at 25P and the audio drift apart every few minutes which made it impossible to sync.
