Time remaining?

Does anyone know if there is a way to display the time/capacity remaining on a SDHC card in video mode?

Thanks

Peter

Not that I know of. But if anybody knows a trick, I would be eager to hear it.

sorry if this is a dumb question/statement, but did you know that it shows the number of pictures remaining? a little mental math can get you to the number of minutes. the problem is that it maxes out at 999 I believe

I donīt think itīs a linear function though since the file size depends on the ISO and other factors. Or did anybody figure out the math? Besides for me it only really would be helpful if I could see it while I shoot video.

In movie mode, press DISP.

Next to your set recording format (1920 30, 720 60, etc), it shows approximate time remaining.

Next to the ISO setting, it shows approximate photos remaining.

Yes it does, many thanks!

.

I'm not sure if this information is true ? when I press DISP in movie mode it always shows 29:59 and that number doesn't change.
