Tonkina Fish eye zoom

Need input on choosing a lens. I have always wanted a fisheye and would like to buy the canon 15 mm but this lens was suggested by a friend to cover fisheye and wide angle. Anyone use this lens? How do you like it?

I would prefer the Tokina 11-16 since it is f/2.8 across the zoom range. I have one and it is an amazingly sharp lens. Already a number of threads about this glass....

There are anumber of threads on the lens you prefer, but Im more interested in the Fish Eye aspect than 2.8 all across. And after searching for what I was interested in and finding nothing I though I would ask the question

Hi John,

I've been on the fence about getting one of these for a while:

8mm samyang items - Get great deals on Cameras Photo, Nikon items on eBay.com!

Seems like it'd be a lens I'd only use for 3 or 4 shots during an events though. Gets decent reviews.

"Tonkina Fish eye zoom"

For a moment there I was wondering if TONKA Toys and TOKINA Optical had merged or something...
