Canon 18-35 vs Tamron 18-200 - which is the better one?

Hi everybody,
What lens would you choose for a starter dslr video rig on a 70D Canon camera between these two ?
Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6
Tamron AF 18-200mm F/3.5-6.3
