Where to find grip and external light-weight display?

Hi.

Does anyone know where to get a light-weight grip to mount on the 5D MII.
I want the grip above the camera/lens.... for use when walking, running and holding camera low....
If possible would also be nice if the grip was extendable forward in some way, in order to make it easier to balance the camera and lens when using heavier lenses.

Together with that grip I would like to have a small, approx 3 inch display, mounted on top of the grip above, which make it possible to actually see what you shoot in the scenario above...... (if possible at all to use such a display)?

(To Canon: Why did you not make a flippable display on this 5D MII?)

The best one I've seen so far is Bruce Dorn's U-boat Commander:

the proteus cage from cinevate looks pretty interesting.

Cinevate - Home of the Brevis35 • View topic - Announcing the Proteus Cage!

as well as the redrock DSLR packages

Redrock for video DSLRs

worth a look.

Thanks to both Chris Hurd and Jordan Oplinger.

For my usage the U-boat commander looks promising.

For others that might be interested I got a mail from this company:
HD Video Cameras, Rentals and Equipment at Zacuto.com
where they said this:
"We are working on a grip/handle. It will be ready by NAB." (for the 5D MKII that is)

Now the display!

As I have understood it, it is possible to connect a display to the camera using an HTC-100 HDMI cable.
If that is done then the live footage should be visible on that external display and the canon display should show nothing.
If the above is correct....
What is the max resolution on an external display (while shooting) using the HTC-100 cable?

Does anyone know where to get a light-weight 3 inch (+-) display usable for this kind of setup?

For a very lightweight option maybe try a Kirk grip Kirk Exclusive Camera Supports with a 5dmkII L bracket which should allow you to put it over the top of the camera http://www.kirkphoto.com/bl5dmkiibig.jpg You'd have to check the height clearance with Kirk but it looks like it should work.

You could also try this at a poinch THE CAMERAFLIP - Tiffen.Com
