5D/Mac/PrimerPro Work flow

I have done a search trying to find a efficient work flow using the 5DMk2 for video, no luck.
So here is what I would like to do.
Shoot 1920 x 1080 with the 5D. Edit on a iMac/Intel Core 2 Duo with Primer Pro CS4 and output to DVD.
What workflow would be appropriate?
I have tried converting it to mpeg 2 in Premier Pro but I then get a lot of artifacts.

Check out Cineform's NeoScene software for the Mac. Many of us use the PC version, and the results are fast and clean.
