C'mon, Cannon. Make it happen! De-cripple the 5DMII, so I don't have to buy Nikon lenses.

Chris Gotzinger April 24th, 2009 02:03 PM

LOL, come on. This e-mail response is soooo fake.

Fake or not, the rumor is spreading.

Manual D-Movie mode control update for Nikon D90 (and D5000)? | Nikon Rumors

Tony Davies-Patrick April 25th, 2009 08:07 AM

I'm still waiting for the Nikon D4 to be launched (A Nikon D3X with mega-MP MX sensor, plus 1-hour of continuous HD footage to a single memory card, plus full manual control override)...:)

My bank manager won't be pleased when I buy one though!

William Chung April 28th, 2009 08:28 AM

lol the 5d II hasn't been out already and people are already saying the 5d III will be out with better features soon :P

But i agree with everyone.. and even hope nikon would add it to the d90 and d5000. that would pretty much force Canon to add it to the 5d II.. after all the movie mode was initially a response to the d90's movie mode in the first place
