Stills & video on the same card

I have a vague memory of reading about there being a problem if you shoot stills and video on the same memory card with the 5d2. It seems unlikely, but does anyone know for sure?

I have shot stills and video on the same card and not had any problems at all, I use
SanDisk ExtremeIII 16 gig cards
