Direct to disk backup

Does anyone have any good solutions for backing up the CF cards direct to a portable hard drive?
I'm away in September doing a documentary and would like NOT to have to take the laptop as well.

Cheers

They are also about to release a "PRO" version... not cheap but...

Nexto DI - Next Generation Storage with Digital Interface

Ray, just took delivery today of the cheaper one and it's fine for what I need. Simple and quick.
Style and build quality feels a bit 90's but it's perfect for being able to do without the laptop. will make good use of it over the next few projects.

Thanks again for the head's up on this

After seeing another photog use this I was also looking to get something like this:

HyperDrive COLORSPACE

It does video too. It might interest you.

I bought the NextoDI a month or so back and it's great! I used to use a FlashTrax, but it can't handle CF cards larger than 2 GB, or files larger than 2 GB, so it's pretty much useless for the 5D mk II. The interface on the NextoDI is about as simple as it gets, but it's functional and easy to use. I don't need an LCD to review my photos or videos, since any LCD small enough to fit on the hard drive unit would be too small to be any use.

Get the NextoDI... you won't regret it.

I'm waiting on the
Nexto Video Storage Pro NVS-2500

only because it has more options for connection... I like firewire,USB and eSATA... you never
know what you might have to connect to...

also, it works with the SXS cards for the EX1/EX3
