Canon 5d and DVCProHD

I am about to start shooting a documentary short where the client is providing the camera - a Panasonic HDX400 which only shoots in 60i.
I'd like to supplement some of the footage with some material from the 5d.

I was wondering if anyone had experience transcoding the h.264 from the camera to DVCProHD 1080i60?
If so did you use MPEG Streamclip? Some other program?

Thanks

All of my Canon 5D MKII footage ends up as DVCPRO HD 720/30p although I could just as easily transcode it to 1080/60i.

I use Compressor.
