LCD gone blank
 

While on a shoot I started experiencing problems with my LCD going blank, at which time I was also no longer able to toggle from still to movie mode. Back at the studio, when I tried using an external monitor (HDMI) in order to see if I could reset the camera, or see a possible error message, just inserting the mini HDMI plug into the camera turned the LCD function again, albeit intermittently. Has anyone experienced something similar?
