time lapse

there is no difference in the 5D and 5D mk2 when it comes to doing a time-lapse using an apature timer is there? My friend has both, and I would rather rack up shutter clicks on his old camera, rather than his new one if I can help it!

Re: time lapse

The new 5D2 has more pixels, lower noise, blah, blah, blah, but I'd use the older 5D for timelapse as well.

Re: time lapse

this is going to be a downtown skyline shot, so I am TOO concerned about the noise. So I think that answers that. Thanks!
