Mixing MarkII and NEX7? at DVinfo.net

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any experience mixing Sony NEX7 footage with the MarkIIs´? I should receive my MarkII tomorrow or monday and even though I have a Canon 28mm 1.8 and a 50mm 1.4 I feel that neither of these lenses will allow me to get very close shots of the actors, so while I don´t buy an 85mm 1.8 I was thinking about using my NEX7 with a Pentax 50mm 1.4 for the closest shots (I can get REALLY close with this combo). This would also allow me to maximize my time with the actors on some scenes where I could maybe shoot a mid shot with the MarkII and a close shot wth NEX7 at the same time. Even though I´ve got some very very good looking shots with the NEX7, I´ve always felt the MarkII had a more organic cinematic feel...also I think they shoot at different framerates if I´m not mistaken (the MarkII shoots 24p and the NEX7 shoots 23.976...right?).
Anyway, thoughts and suggestions will be very welcome.
