Ive got spots that I cant get off my Lense thats "inside" it.

Sorry, wanted to bump this. Mine is doing the exact same thing. There are 6-7 little white dots on whatever video I take.

I cleaned the head the a head cleaner but that didn't work.

Has to be the CCD or inner lens. Both of which I can't clean myself.

Anybody else have this problem?

The white smudges in the video that come and go are cause by direct light (e.g., the sun) hitting something in or on the lens that scatters the light. You often see this when there is dust on the outer element and direct rays of the sun hit it. (The sun need not be in the image itself to do this.) The immediate solution is to flag the source of direct light hitting the lens or change the camera position, and cleaning the lens if it is on the exterior where it can be cleaned. Occasionally the VAP might have gas bubbles in it that could cause a similar effect, perhaps after an airplane trip, these should go away over time as pressures equalize. Another possibility is some form of fungus growing on the lens coating, a bit unusual but in some environments it may happen

Bright pin point white spots that are persistent (always same location in the image) may be hot pixels, most often seen when shooting with high gain and/or av very slow shutter speeds. They are the result of high dark current in some pixels.

Dirty heads or tape drop outs will usually cause some form of image break-up or stripes, not spots.

I just had this happen to an XH A1 lens with extreme condensation. I left the XH A1 in an extremely cold air-conditioned room and then moved it out to a very, very humid and hot jungle/beach. The condensation left spots on the internal glass of the lens. It's not visible until you turn the glass towards a light source, like the sun, but then it shows up quite clearly.The only thing to do at that point is call you local Canon repair center and see if they can clean internal glass for you. I'm in the process of doing that now, I'll let you know how it goes.
