GL2A

How many people here have a GL2A noted on the bottom of the camera by the tripod mount? Was there a non (A) version and what does this mean? A revision perhaps?

Just a wild guess: I have an XM2 E and I know the E stands for Europe. I would guess your A stands for Americas.

With other Canon models the A indicates NTSC.
