Grey Lines/Bars on Playback?
 

I have a Canon ZR30MC and when I playback tapes on the camera, 4 grey lines/bars appear, what causes this problem and how do I get it fixed? Do I just need to clean the heads? Or take it in?

First try running a head cleaning cassette for about five or six seconds; if that doesn't clear it up then send it to Canon Service for a professional cleaning.
