Recording time and date to tape

Is there a way to burn date and time on tape for legal depos with the Gl-1?

If you search the thread you will found out how to do it. the problem is the GL2 doesnt do seconds. A major problem for depos.

Tried a search and found nothing I REALLY would appreciate it if you could tell us how to do this I can see the data code but we need it to burn into the tape is what we need it to do
