GL2 Run and Shoot

This is another "What Mics should I get?"/"What Lipstick Camera should I get?" Question.
It is also a "What inputs should I use?" Question.
I'm shooting a documentary style flick and I want to be able to shoot and record the audio by myself. I want to be a one man recording machine (Dance Monkee! Dance!).
First the Mics: I need 2 cheap wireless Lav mics. I did some research on this site and it seems to me that Azden and Sony mics get recommended the most. I want to be able to wear the body pack and mount the recievers on the GL2.
I can only spend $500 bucks on Mics.
1: My First question is which inputs should I use? Should I spring for the MA-300 if I'm going to get cheap wireless mics and just plug them into the (I'm assuming it's stereo) mini mic jack.
2: Is the sound quality that different between the XLR and stereo mini input?
3: Should I get them as a pair or should I get 2 different types of Lav Mics? Maybe an Omni and a Uni Directional mic? Or that just a bad idea?
4: What mics should I get?

Now the lipstick Camera. I was looking at the Helmet Cams with the Sony 1/3 CCD Bullet Cams. I only want to spend about $300 on the Lipstick Camera.
1: What are my options with video inputs on the GL2?
2: Which input is the Best?
3: Which Lipstick camera should I get?

I know you guys get sick of these questions but I think I'm going to O.D. on information. I've been researching this for hours and I'm just lost. I'd rather get some recommendations from professsionals.

Thanks, Paul.
