Gl2 zooming with a mind of its own!!

Is anyone familiar with the gl2 zooming in and out on its own? It all started after I bumped the unit on the edge of a table. For the last two years the main zoom rocker operates with a mind of its own. I bought a zoom controller thinking that it would override the problem but it still happens. In card mode the zoom problem is not as bad but when using tape it happens almost 80% of the shoot. It is almost impossible to film anything. Anyone have this happen?

Yes, a number of people have reported this problem. Use the "advanced search" function on this page and search for something like "zoom rocker" in the GL2 forum.
