Lighting

Hi all:
We're getting ready to do an indoor shoot of a stretching DVD and the natural lighting is pretty good. Can anyone reccomend an affordable fill light just in case? Thanks in advance.

Worklights (home depot, lowes, etc) with a diffuser or just bounce the light off the ceiling or some foam core board.

It'd run you about $20-$50 depending on how much wattage you want.

thanks Lisa! My thoughts exactly. Where do I get a diffuser? Same place?

This thread has a very interesting diffuser. Cheap too. I have not tried it yet but hope to on my next indoor shoot.
