HV10 Rolling Shutter/Image Stabilization

I am looking for a small HDV cam for my some aerial remote control platforms. When shooting in this medium, higher shutter speeds are necessary for post image stabilization software.

My question is this......does the HV10 utilize a 'rolling shutter'? And if so, would shooting at a shutter speed of 200 bring out the ugliness?
