Canon announces the VIXIA HV20
 
The HV20 is now listed on Canon's website as the VIXIA HV20. Viva vixia, whatever that word is supposed to mean.

No difference to the "older" HV20, they just marked it VIXIA to designate it as one of their HD camcorders.

Everything in Canon's consumer HD line will be called a "VIXIA" model from this point forward, including the HV20, HG10 and HR10. The packaging and the actual branding on those older camcorders does not change, but the VIXIA badge will be reflected on their marketing materials (brochures, web site, etc.).
