Why Upgrading HV20 to HV30 (PAL version)?
 

I wonder what's the difference between the pal versions of the HV20 and HV30? and does that worth the price difference of about (265 sterling pounds at amazon.co.uk)???

I would say definitley not - the only difference is the colour and a better LCD screen.

There is also a better zoom level control. and the ability to fully charge the BP-2L24 high capacity battery within the camera (I have heard that HV20 can't fully charge the 2l24 battery).

I'm dying to get HV30 NTSC for the 30p mode. For Pal, you already have 25p and be happy with it :)
