Excuse my ignorance, what do I use to watch m2t files?

Thanks,

Mike

Google VLC (Video LAN Client).

Thanks, actually... I ran a search and just used my Divx player. Worked like a charm. The classroom footage looked very good.

Thanks, Wes,

Mike

Thanks. Would very much appreciate if more samples are put up in manual mode. Inside a mall, and night shots will be nice.
Thanks

What I meant was, " Inside a mall at day or night doessn't matter " and also some outdoor night shots of city and or other interesting outdoor activites ( day & night )

Thanks

actually i was wondering, am i even allowed to film inside malls

It is hard to walk around with a big cam like CAnon XH1 or sony Z1 etc..but with a small cam like HV10/20 nobody cares that much. If you take your kid with you , you can easily shoot any place by filming your kid walking around, and occasionally filming other places.

If there is a security around, it is better to ask him first with your Hv10 in hand and while he judges the size of the cam, he usually allows considering this to be an amatuer cam for holiday purpose.

Hope that helps...

thanks, I guess I won't be able to use the tripod [ I'm developing carpal tunnel and my hand is shaky ]
but I'll try my best to keep it steady

by the way I'm only 18 [ hence the footage inside the classroom ]

Richard Che February 13th, 2007 09:09 PM

well i took down the footage since they sucked up a majority of my bandwidth [ I'm at 80% now ]

so i'll try to upload somewhere else

for the night and mall footage i still need to encode them

does anyone know some good codec and settings to use?
