Again... If you like it or not, this is just to show people what the camera can do :)

Running 3.3 on the AP and 1/500 on shutter (not sure if AP is locked it I switch to TV mode)

Either way... I know shutter was at 1/500

Never got any comments :o

Just saw it now. Very nice. One question though. There some "ghosting" in some of the fast motion. Is that actually from the camera or is it just a by product of your post production and compression?

I'm anxiously awaiting my HV20. Not patiently waiting though.. anxiously ;)

Any specific part you can point out?

I'm guessing it's more from a lower shutter speed and interlaced footage running on a progressive screen (computer monitors are progressive, TV's are interlaced)

Looks better than the last one atleast... :)

Great video Joe, just watched it with my wife & she liked it too! Would of been nice to have had some POV shots though and the jump cuts on the drum beats are a little bit overdone for my tastes.

Oh I still think it looks really good, don't get me wrong! Second viewing I'm not noticing it as much. One part where I still see it a bit is around 3:55 in the HQ video. It's not much, just a little bit of a ghost image trailing behind the guy during real fast camera panning action.

Got a nice mid-air exploding ball around 1:55.

Where do you guy's go for the paintball? I thought I had seen Eaton in another thread..

Haha... uh... This place is Woodland WA... basically Oregon...

There's places in everett, puyallup, auburn, mount vernon, tacoma etc.

Atleast 35-40 minute drive from Sammamish...

Oh that was an intentional ghosting effect :)

I just cut the clip a little then had it cross-fade

Good to know, I was pretty sure it was something done in post, motion blur etc..

Well, my copy of Vegas arrived today. Got my mic, battery and firewire cables in as well. Just waiting on the HV20 now..
