Using HV20 NTSC in pal land?
I am not sure if this is relevant..
Is it possible for me to purchase the HV20 ntsc, and after recording, download in DV format to my computer and edit in Sony Vegas & and still viewable in Pal DVD players? Will there be any resolution loss or quality loss if i do that? Many thanks yow siang |
