neo hdv problem

Is anyone else having problems capturing with neo hdv? I get some debug window in the middle of the capture and the program closes. I've tried it in Vista and XP Pro with the same results although I used the same computer but different hard drives with the different OS'.

I've used it with no real problems except that when I tell it to capture Quicktime it does on the first clip and then all the subsequent clips are AVI files. Other than that, it's worked fine for me with similar system specs.

You probably ought to post this question in the Cineform Showcase section though and get David Newman (I think that's his name) from Cineform to help you out...

Are you capturing to an external drive? I had similar problems on a system like yours, I could only reliably capture video to an internal drive.

I'm capturing to a internal drive. I'm going to try turning off my antivirus software and see if that helps.
