360 degree shutter?

Does anyone know what uses the off or 360 degree 1/24 shutter speed might be? Other than just for low light situations where you want to risk the blur?
I have had my XF for a week and love it.

If it shoots in Interlaced you'd have it Off.
Other than that, no reason not to have as an option (as you say, it can be useful in low light), and no set rule that you need 180 degree, it's just preferred by most users.

One of the things I like about the XF is it's very easy to dial incremental shutter speeds... once I get to 6db gain, I prefer to use 1/40th, 1/33 or even 1/25 before cranking up gain any further - but then I don't shoot action so ymmv.

Other than that, it could be used as a stylistic option. I've used 1/12 before for deliberate effect.

Thanks! There's is always more to learn. The XF is an amazing camera.
