Grey Heron with large fish

This was shot at Nam Sang Wai in Hong Kong using a XF100 coupled to a Canon EF 400mm f5.6 lens using a DMF Showtime adaptor. My appology that the video is a little long.

Re: Grey Heron with large fish

That was pretty cool.
Reminds people of the patience needed when seriously capturing wildlife.
Look forward to seeing more.
Cheers

Awesome video again! Do you happen to have a picure of your xf100 mounted with the 400mm lens through the showtime adapter?

Re: Grey Heron with large fish

Great stuff but do we have to wait for a sequel to see if the heron survived its meal?

I enjoyed the mud-skipper activity in the background too.
