10 second timer

On my Canon XL1s there is a 10 second timer which counts down whilst recording, this is useful for a handfull of shots now and then, and it ensures I have enough footage for a disolve in and out if needed.

I haven't found this timer on the XH/A1, does this camea have that facility?
