Fall look which preset???

Hi Guys,

I am going to make a documentry tomorrow. The setting is in one of the Provincial Parks and with all the change of colors of leaves, I think it's gonna look fantastic.

Tell me which preset should I be using and what my speed shutter should be?

Thanks
Matthew

I'd suggest making your own preset or shoot flat and tweak in post. If you want a preset..maybe use VIVIDRGB as a starting point and tweak it from there based upon what the sky is doing. As a documentary, you don't want it to look too "enhanced" and some of these presets are too colorful.

I think 24f at 1/48 would be nice. Use the ND's if its too bright and keep the F-stop in mid range. Use the VF to expose the shot and to check your color.
The LCD will be brighter and less colorful than what's being taped.

Post some samples when your done.

You could also try this variation...it's less intense and red than VIVIDRGB and might be a better choice to shoot warm colors:
